After 2 complaints to head office and probably 2 years the fries are still cold... no excuse for it... happens both when its quiet and busy! I'd recommend hungry jacks any day in high wycombe.. because mc donalds in high wycombe is not worth your money!

Stuffed up my order on multiple accounts stuff often rude. Also never been charged extra at any other store just for it being after midnight

We've only ever been here at night (8pm or later), but have never had problems. Friendly and efficient staff; clean and spacious restaurant. It's Maccas. If you can't get Maccas right - there's something wrong with your chain.
